Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours before appointment time are eligible for full service credit or rescheduling.

Digital planning files are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except when legally required.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Financial institution processing times may vary.
